Data Analysis Portfolio Projects
This data analysis project focused on exploring the audio features of the Top 2000 songs on Spotify of all time. I cleaned the data with Google Sheets, explored the data with SQL, and created a Tableau dashboard that showcased a song timeline, genre, and top artists in the Top 2000 songs. The dashboard provided viewers with a comprehensive overview of the musical landscape over time and allowed them to gain valuable insights into the changing musical tastes and preferences of listeners. By exploring the audio features of the top songs, viewers could see how their favorite artists had evolved over time and gain a better understanding of the most popular genres.
This data analysis project focused on the 4 candidates considered in the NBA MVP Race. The dataset was collected from the league leaders section in the NBA website. I used Tableau to create a data visualization dashboard showcasing the NBA MVP race among four candidates: Jayson Tatum, Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic, and Giannis Antetokounmpo. The project involves importing and cleaning data, organizing dashboards and worksheets, creating visualizations for each player's stats, and adding finishing touches such as navigation buttons and editing tooltips.
This data analysis project focused on a dataset from the City of Austin, Texas that contained food establishments and their inspection scores. Using Tableau, I created an interactive dashboard that showcased a map of selected restaurants and their inspection scores, a map displaying zip code regions and their average inspection scores, and a section displaying the city's average inspection score, as well as the best and worst zip code inspection averages. This project provided valuable insights into the quality of food establishments in Austin, Texas, allowing viewers to make more informed dining decisions by identifying areas with the best and worst inspection scores.
Conducted an analysis on COVID-19 data from 2/25/2020 to 4/25/2021, using Tableau software to create an interactive dashboard that showcased global numbers, an infected population map, and COVID-19 infection rates by continent and country. The dashboard provided viewers with a comprehensive understanding of the pandemic's impact worldwide, including identifying hotspots, tracking changes over time, and gaining deeper insights into the virus's spread across different regions. This project was instrumental in visualizing the pandemic's impact on a global scale, creating an engaging and informative dashboard that highlighted key metrics and trends.
